Sometimes the days are long and hard. It’s during these times that the enemy tempts me to be frustrated, doubt God, and give up on the process. However, I’m glad I serve a High Priest who understands my weakness because He was tempted in every way that I am, and was without sin (Hebrews 4:15). I’m glad that He is the God of all comfort who encourages and empowers me to do all that He created me to do.
The Lord recently changed my perspective during a difficult time, and I want to do the same for you!
So today, and in the days to come, I encourage you to take your eyes off of your circumstances and put them on God. Take your eyes off of what you don’t have and put them on everything that you do have. Take your focus off of everything that you think God is not doing and focus on everything that He is doing. God is at work. He is moving. Everything that He has for you will be yours, don’t worry about it. God is perfecting it and protecting it. It is in good hands and when it is supposed to come, it will.
Right now, rest in the Lord. Embrace today and where you are right now. God created this day for you–since before the foundation of the world. There is purpose in this day. There is treasure in this day. There is beauty in this day. Ask the Lord to open your eyes to see all of it. The Lord loves you and Me. He is making a way for us! He is bringing us out! Stay the course. Don’t give up! ❤
