What we must remember about Easter….

“All of the implications of the resurrection add up to the fact that the Christian church must be a missionary church if it is to meet the expectations of the risen Savior!

So, the moral obligation of the resurrection of Christ is the missionary obligation, the responsibility and the privilege of carrying the message and telling the story, of praying and interceding, and of being involved personally and financially in the cause of the Great Commission.” -A.W. Tozer

As we celebrate our risen King today, let’s remember the work that He has given us to do:

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen” ( Matthew 28:18-20).

We are all a part of the body of Christ–each with a unique role and position in His church.

All of us have been created to fulfill the Great Commission in the way that God has designed for each of our lives.

So, are you in position? Are you doing what God has created you to do?

If no, why not? Jesus has been given all power in heaven and in earth. He has promised to be with you until the end of the age. Nothing that He has called you to do is impossible.

So…”Go ye, therefore!”

Be encouraged! You are loved! ❤
